Assisting the service & General Manager where required
Coordinate the flow of paperwork and tickets by following up on national call center, adhoc & maintenence tickets
Capturing of store return vouchers
Checking of daily routes slips and administration of routing information
Developing & Maintaining of customers base
Reporte any delays in execution of tickets to the Service Manager and Petty cash
SRV Scrapping photocopying, transcribing and faxing
*Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast - paced environment.
*Mantains a friendly, approachable style to build relationships and work harmoniously with others at all time.
