I’ve worked extensively across the Amended Codes and sector-specific codes including Construction, Transport, Tourism, Forestry, Property, Finance, and ICT, supporting EME, QSE, and Generic clients—including listed entities.
As a registered Economic Empowerment Professional, I’ve led verification teams, overseen internal audits, and ensured compliance with SANAS requirements. I’ve also trained and mentored both senior and junior analysts, managed technical reviews, and upheld the integrity and quality of verification outcomes.
My expertise extends into strategic B-BBEE consulting, covering ownership structuring, skills development, procurement strategy, and employment equity planning. I am also FAIS-compliant, having completed both RE1 and RE5 regulatory exams through Moonstone.
