I am currently working as an IT Support Technician at Metrofile and my day-to-day duties include: Responding to internal and external calls for systems support. Trains users on the correct implementation and utilization of Metrofile systems. Resolves user-related queries. Performs detailed data analysis of all queries for escalation to developers. Reports system errors to developers for resolution. Resolves and closes daily support calls received. Creates user manuals. I am dedicated to the work I do and I am keen on following through with every task or duty, I'm assigned and keeping a positive outlook to benefit the company and inspire other employees. I enjoy working in fast-paced environments and adapting to new processes by quickly learning new skills.
