I am a girl aged 22 staying in South Africa. I have been working at Pofadeer Country Hotels since 2021 as both a receptionist and waitress. I am a friendly polite patient lady who is always trying to satisfy guests in terms of service because thats my passion hence am self motivate.
I have been working at a five star Hotel where l met huge crowds everyday so l can work under pressure. l also met people who are impatient and rude but l manage all that because l have learnt the basics of hospitality in making the best possible decisions for the company to expand
I did Olevel and Alevel in Zimbabwe and l passed all my subjects including Business Studies, Mathematic, English, Shona, among other. l also did health and safety studies and passed.
