- Assist continuously upgrading the quality of service offered, in support of customer services, policy and minimise client complaints and claims
- Assist the branch manager with any inspection work other than described above whenever required
- Ensure the integrity of sample is maintained at all times and all procedure are followed
- Assist with task such as sampling, sample preparation, analysis and admin when not busy
- Assist in disposal of excess material
- Ensure that all equipment is maintained and register is updated accordingly
- Adhere to all reasonable instruction, not covered by the above as issued by branch manager
- Adhere to all quality and safety required of the company
- Assist the branch manager to ensure the quality services according to customers requirement and compliance with our integrity program with regards to all aspects of business line
- Monitoring stockpile sampling according to ISO standards
- Monitors tonnages of the client cargo
- Monitoring Container Loading
- Collecting sample from site to sample prep
- Monitoring sample preparation as per ISO standards
- Monitoring Moisture Determination and Sizing as per ISO
