- Theoretical and practical training where trainees are assessed and tested
- One on one sessions to see progress on training documents
- Sales and cashier workshops are two separate workshops
- Buyshop has two workshops basic, advance

- Buyers test needs to be complete and pass at 80% rate same goes for Management
