I am an individual who is driven toward success, I work exceptionally well within a team as well as individually. A hunger to constantly learn new things whether it be from a CEO or a cleaner. • Investigate/ trace and allocate missing payments.
• Sending letters to customers regarding the status of their existing accounts.
• Tracing by playing with numbers to allocate payments with no proof of payment nor customer details.
• Allocate payments to charged off, sold or prescribed accounts.
• Update payments on excel spreadsheets.
• Provide refunds to customers with credit balances on their accounts.
• Allocate payments to staff accounts.
• Transfer payments from one account to another.
