Michéle completed her articles at Weavind & Weavind Attorneys in December 2018, where she gained valuable experience in drafting pleadings, notices, and affidavits; High Court and Magistrate’s Court trial and motion procedures and practice; Liquidation Applications and Sequestration proceedings, and Foreclosure procedures.
Michéle has been practicing as an admitted attorney since April 2019 and has attended several court appearances in the Magistrate’s Court.
Michéle was recently involved in a large-scale arbitration for an established corporate company. She thoroughly enjoys litigation and problem-solving. She actively participated in an extensive corporate forensic investigation and similarly assisted with the prosecution of offenders.
During her quiet time, you may find Michéle outdoors, hiking, jogging, walking her schnauzers, and traveling. Michéle has hiked the Fish River Canyon in Namibia with her mother and sister. Hiking Mount Kilimanjaro or the Camino de Santiago is next on her bucket list.
