Michelle Dorrington

I love spending time with my family and friends, playing car and board games, usually with a good meal. I also love to curl up with a good non fiction book.

My main objective is to utilise the skill set and knowledge I have in retail merchandising to fulfill my career goals and the expectations of my employer. I am striving to work in an environment that not only stimulates me, but benefits from the work I put in.

I work well under pressure and love working with people. I have effective communication skills and am able to communicate at all levels. I am a fast learner and confident in my planning skill set, which include strategic planning, strategy implementation range building, forecasting and analysis. I enjoy helping people grown, and use my mentorship and coaching skills to help advance their careers.

My relevant experience is mainly my wealth of experience over the years. I have a business administration diploma, and have completed my matric. I started my studies part time in 2002 doing Bcom General Management, but did not complete these studies in favour of focusing on my career.
