As a highly motivated and hardworking person, I believe in giving my best in everything I do. I am an eager learner and find it a pleasure to go the extra mile. I am diplomatic with people too, which means I can generally bring people along with me; if need be though, I can be firm and determined enough to convince people who need a bit of extra encouragement.
