My passion has always been to assist others. I've spent over a year at Amazon personally assisting any contact related issues on the front lines and if ever extended the invitation I would like to assist my fellow CSA's in doing the same. My conflict resolution skills, together with my critical thinking abilities and efficiency, have enabled me to exceed my weekly goals.

Patience, composure and flexibility is something I am mastering. Working towards a Resolution Specialist is the dream not for the title but it's one step closer to being able to advocate for external and internal customers.
