I am a Human Resource Management student at False Bay TVET College . I completed my N4 in HRM and progressing with N5 subjects through distance learning ,by doing 2 at a time . I am focused on obtaining my National N Diploma in HRM.

I have gained practical client experience through running my own baking business which i started in 2020 - 2022 .where I managed orders, communicated with customers, and handled challenges professionally.

I am eager to start my career, I learn quickly, and I am committed to growing in an admin or HR role. I bring reliability, a positive attitude, and strong computer skills which I gained through my studies.

Experience

Self Employed with my Baking Business which I had running from 2020 - 2022 at home. I Took and managed customer orders from enquiry to delivery,I Handled customer queries, as well as feedback and complaints professionally. I Managed stock levels, budgeting, and purchasing of ingredients. Maintained scheduling and time management to meet deadlines.Marketed products and communicated with clients via WhatsApp and social media although I don’t have any formal working experience.
