I'll cut straight to it. My name is Thandiwe (26) and I’ve spent the last 5+ years living in the world of videography and video editing.

I know you’re probably reading a hundred applications filled with the same polished buzzwords, so here’s what genuinely sets me apart: I love this work a little too much. I love the chaos of deadlines, the sleepless nights fixated on how I can improve an edit at 2 a.m. or that strange mix of excitement and anxiety before a shoot day, it is one of the many stresses I actually want in my life.

Needless to say. I want this bad, not out of desperation, but because it would genuinely mean something to wake up every day and say, “I get to do what I love for a living.”
