As a landscape designer, I create functional, sustainable, and visually appealing outdoor spaces by planning and arranging elements such as plants, landforms, water features, pathways, and built structures. I blend artistic vision with environmental awareness, tailoring designs to the site’s natural conditions, client needs, and long-term maintenance. My work ranges from residential gardens and urban parks to commercial developments, always aiming to enhance aesthetics, usability, and ecological health of the environment.
Over the past one and half years as a landscape designer, I have gained experience in developing design concepts and detailed drawings, conducting site analysis, and applying sustainable design principles through the use of indigenous planting and water-wise strategies. I have worked closely with architects, engineers, and contractors, contributing to project coordination, tender documentation, and site supervision to ensure design intent is met. My role has also strengthened my technical proficiency in CAD and 3D modeling, enhanced my knowledge of planting and construction processes, and allowed me to build strong communication skills through client engagement and presentations.
