I am a 49-year-old media practitioner.

I have worked for print, web, and TV news outlets at production and editorial levels—on daily and weekend broadsheets, tabloids, and financial publications, in film postproduction, and was recently part of a TV news subeditors' pool. I was a field reporter at the infancy stage of my career; an entry-, mid-, and senior-level copy and news editor; a feature and opinion writer; and a subtitle editor. I work on a freelance basis as an SEO content writer for a Canada-based e-book ghostwriting company, where my duties are ideation, research, outline collaboration, and content writing guided by SEO best practices (keywords, SEO tags, meta descriptions, etc.).

I'm proficient in several news, web, and academic style guides, including Associated Press.

I have a diploma in journalism and recently did an SEO writing/editing course offered by Urban Writers.
