My career in the legal fraternity commenced in 2012 at the North – West University Law Clinic wherein I volunteered my administration abilities and acted as a Community Liaison Officer. In January 2016 after having been bestowed with an LLB Degree and in pursuit of advancing my career I joined the Department of Justice and Constitutional Development under the Legislative Development Directorate (DOJ&cd) as a Legal Intern.
In July 2016 I proceeded to join Eskom Pension and Provident Fund (EPPF) as a Legal Intern, and within six months I was appointed a Legal Administrator of the Fund. To be admitted as an Attorney in 2018 I started to serve my articles of clerkship at Gildenhuys Malatji Attorneys (GMI) and after having served my articles of clerkship I was appointed as an Associate in 2020 until to date.
Throughout my career, I have gained compelling experience in identifying potential legal risks and proposing effective mitigating strategies. I have acted on behalf of various natural and juristic persons employing the comprehensive knowledge of the law I command as a litigating attorney with commercial understandingof the legal fraternity.
My experiences in collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure legal compliance and providing guidance on legal disputes, drafting, reviewing, negotiating various commercial agreements, and litigation is the learned experiences I intend on exploiting to be successful in executing duties outlined for this advertised vacancy.
