Modise Hlubi

Greeting, Sir/Mam

My full names are Modise Micheal Hlubi and I have a Diploma certificate in (Power Engineering). I have recently enrolled with the Vaal University of Technology to further my studies in Advance Diploma (Power Engineering). Prior to my completion I was placed to work at Tesla Electrical as a trainee to complete my in-service training and I am currently doing my internship at the South African Nuclear Energy Cooperation (NECSA).I will now provide a brief outline of my background, underlining key attributes which I believemake me a good candidate for your organization.

I took part in various projects during my in service training that I conducted to obtain my Diplomafor Electrical engineering. Some of the projects that I took part in was the building of a new hospice in Alexandra and the refurbishment of the

Charlotte Maxeke hospital. In Alexander Hospice we installed and commissioned electrical equipment, wired the whole building, Installed pv systems (inverters included), transformers (11kV/400V), generator and other electrical equipment.

At Necsa I took part in an energy management project were I came and implemented ideas of how to help Necsa to save energy, I am tasked with energy billing performing energy calculations in order to determine the total consumption of the entire Necsa plant. I am working in the test and maintenance department which deals with switchgears, calculating and testing protection equipment such as relay, high voltage circuit breakers and testing motors, fault finding regarding underground cables lastly worked on the maintenance of the entire transformer. I am basically a very innovative, ethical and eager to learn person: I can be both aleader and a follower.
