I hold a Master of Arts in Sociology and am an Education and Training Officer with 8 years of working experience. I have sound experience in designing, implementing, and evaluating innovative educational programs and training initiatives, and possess a strong background in curriculum development, instructional design, and staff development. My expertise lies in research methodologies and data analysis, and am well-versed in fostering collaborative partnerships and engaging stakeholders to drive organisational objectives forward.

I am proficient in project management, budget oversight, and strategic planning to ensure the successful execution of programs and initiatives, and am now seeking to leverage my diverse skill set and passion for education to excel in Programme Manager, Research and Fundraising roles, where I can contribute to the advancement of educational outcomes and organisational growth.

Previously I held a Project Training and Development Portfolio at Wits University in Student Affairs. Additionally held research support positions at the University within the Faculty of Humanities.
