I am interested in becoming part of your organization. I possess more than 14 years’ hands-on expertise in ICT; EUC support, System support and IT project management. Supervising and managing Junior technicians and interns have formed part of my daily duties for the past 6 years.
I am well versed in managing delegated IT projects following international best practices frameworks such as ITIL and Prince 2, as well as conducting personnel training which am very passionate about. I am a self-motivated, self- managing team-player who is agile, confident, and always willing to roll my sleeves to get the job done.
I have valuable experience in IT Governance processes. I have hands-on experience in conducting IT Audit in public sector organizations working with Auditor General SA. I have in-depth experience in Business Continuity processes such as Disaster Recovery, Cloud backup solutions. I also have vast knowledge and experience in IT Security, both endpoint and back-end.
I have developed a strong passion for IT Service Management and Business Analysis, and this led to my paradigm shift in how I go about doing my work. My focus is on improving and developing those Business Processes working with all stakeholders for mission-critical business applications. I am currently doing my Agile Business Analysis certification.
I am innovative in thinking, with a passion for business analysis while dedicated to driving forward the strategic objectives of the organization. One of my greatest strengths is my ability to translate business objectives into standard business processes and procedures. I also have articulate verbal, written and presentation skills, which I believe to be an asset in any ICT support role.
