I am a 35 year old male who is very passionate about IT. I am a mid-level experienced IT professional with 8 years of experience. A dedicated and self motivated professional who can improvise and work under pressure. Technical support, desktop support, printers, laptops, POS and hardware are my expertise to mention a few.
I have 8 years experience in the IT field as a technical support technician. The company I work for now is Business Connexion (BCX) and I have been promoted to team leader. I have adequate experience as a field technician supporting point of sale systems, maintaining computers, printers, hardware and software support.
I also have software development experience with C# and SQL. I am a professional, I can work under pressure and I know what I am doing with the years of experience that I have acquired through the 8 years in the industry. I believe as experienced as I am, I can learn more and better myself as a technical support engineer.
I am still young, 35 years young and I have a long way to go in the IT field.
I completed this course in 2020. I still have to rewrite exams to complete certification.
