Monica Vumane

Monica Vumane is a passionate and dedicated Candidate Quantity Surveyor at CSM Consulting Services, a leading management consulting firm in South Africa. She is also a certified member of the South African Council of the Quantity Profession (SACQSP), demonstrating her commitment to the highest standards of the profession.

With over 3 years of experience in the industry, Monica has developed extensive knowledge and skills in contract and project administration, measuring and BOQ compilation, bid support, documentation and project costing. She has contributed to multiple projects across various sectors, delivering quality and value to clients and stakeholders. She has also mentored and supported many students at Excel@Uni, a program that helps university students excel in their academic and professional pursuits.

Monica holds a BSc (Hons) Quantity Surveying degree from Wits University, and is currently pursuing a postgraduate degree in Property Development and Management at the same institution. She is interested in exploring the intersection of quantity surveying, real estate, and sustainability, and aims to become a registered professional quantity surveyor in the future.
