Event Planning, design and production while managing all project delivery elements within time limits. Preparing all event documents and material. Organize and coordinate details of events such as conferences, weddings, birthdays, baby showers, matric dances, Year-end functions etc.
Coordinate event logistics and services needed to run the event, food, drinks, lodging and more. Working with clients to identify their needs and ensure customer satisfaction. Calculate budgets and ensure they are adhered to.
Manage all event set-up, tear down and follow-up processes. Coordinate and monitor event timelines and ensure deadlines are met. Conduct final inspections on the day of the event to ensure everything adheres to the client’s standards.
Proactively handle any arising issues and troubleshoot any emerging problems before and on the event day.
Plan event from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives. Produce detailed proposals for events (e.g., timelines, venues, suppliers, legal obligations and budgets) Come up with suggestions to enhance the event’s success. Prepare budgets and ensure adherence.
Status and debrief meetings with clients. Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers. Project managing events including venue, caterers, contractors and equipment hire where applicable through the events team Coordinate all operations.
Lead promotional activities for the event. Approve all aspects before the day of the event. Ensure event is completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur. Analyse the event’s success and prepare reports.
Administration
