Milestone Plant Hire: March 2019-April 2020/June 2021-current.
- 2+ years of working in HR and Health and Safety.
- HR Manager since January 2022.
- All HR duties: hiring & firing, manage and update all staff lists, manage/control of all disciplinary procedures, creating new templates and writing of all company policies and WSWP's etc.
- Internal Auditing of Health and Safety Files.
- Correcting/Stopping dangerous acts and ensuring legal compliance on site according to OHS Act 85 of 1993 and Regulations.
- Excellent face-to-face and over the phone communication.
- General administration duties: data capturing, conduct and manage fuel consumption of heavy machinery and creating multiple interactive Excel dashboards for CEO.
