Morenike is a qualified chartered accountant with about ten years of Financial Reporting and Client Service Experience. She is a dynamic, motivated, client-focused, detail-oriented and results driven professional with strong interpersonal, analytical and communication skills. She has a proven finance and investments track record, given her extensive experience in the financial services, retail and manufacturing industries and has worked both locally in South Africa and internationally in the UK and Bermuda.

For the past two years, Morenike has been on a sabbatical for relocation purposes and subsequently, an extended maternity period. She is available for work from March 2025 and is excited for the next opportunity to add value to your organization.

MUFG Investor services is the global asset servicing arm of Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group (MUFG), the world's fifth largest bank by total assets.

• Providing full range of fund accounting/administration services to hedge fund clients, including: financial accounting for equity, derivative, fixed income, and foreign exchange products; Net Asset Value (NAV) calculation and financial statement preparation; and investor monitoring and client relations.
• Pricing portfolios including Equities, Options, Derivatives, Commodities, Fixed Income and Forwards, including FX trades and foreign currency hedging.
• Preparing SSAE16 compliant daily, weekly and monthly files.

• Audit Senior in the Financial Services Group of KPMG in Bermuda, overseeing multiple financial service audits.
• Key roles and responsibilities included audit execution and successfully development of audit strategies for complex engagements; maintaining client relationships; developing and mentoring junior staff members; tracking budgets and managing communication to client and the audit team.
• Was the Lead Audit Senior for a portfolio of over 20 clients which included, hedge funds, hospitality and not-for-profit organizations.

Senior Business Advisor at PKF (UK) LLP (now BDO (UK) LLP) (2013-01 – 2013-06)

• Selected as top achiever for secondment and transferred from the South Africa office to the UK office of PKF.
• Led assurance and advisory engagements in the Greater London Area. Client portfolio included AIM listed, Investment Management, Mining, Retail and Pension Fund clients.

• Completed SAICA Chartered Accountant articles in the Cape Town office of PKF. Obtained CA (SA) designation with first time passes in all professional examinations.
