I’m a curious person who is always interested in learning new things that can help enhance my skills or discover a new platform I can step on. As reserved as I am, I can adapt to working in groups or as an individual. I mainly go by rules or schedules to keep order and I value an open communication between two or more parties.
I’m currently studying through a distance learning college so I can allow myself to explore other new platforms and build up on my character and future career. My hobbies/ skills include creative writing, basic computer skills, researching information, reading and crosswords.

Working as a EA at a primary school has helped me develop some skills that I have learned to apply on my day to day life, I have been always been a patient person and always took an opportunity to adapt into new environments. Having to work with learners mainly from the foundation phase I have learned some new communication skills and how to approach a person based on the certain behaviour they have also having to handle unexpected situations from time to time. I also learned how to work as a team alongside my mentor and fellow colleagues in order to achieve our daily goals in class or around the work area.
My duties as an EA included assisting learners with class work, invigilating learners during class tests, assisting the class teacher with class work and assisting with admin work, teaching minor class activities to the learners under the instruction of my mentor and any additional activities that my mentor has requested me to do.
