1. Anylise and ensure correct documents matches purchase orders, invoices, and receiving documents.
2. Codes invoices to appropriate general ledger accounts.
3. Control and ensure payment terms are followed and take advantage of all discounts on invoices.
4. Overpayments or repeat payments to be avoided or eliminated at all costs.
5. Ensures that approval authority is in accordance with purchasing policies.
6. Processes payments and obtains authorized signatures.
7. Performs accounting duties in accordance with established Company policies and procedures.
8. Debtors and Creditors function.
