Inventory Manager - PICK N PAY RETAILERS

(2012 - 2025)

• Capture PID's after been counted by inventory clerk set at the system. Stock control, stock adjustments, waste and shrunk control.
• Maintain stock database, stock accuracy, avoid over stock and under stock
• Control negative stock, minimize dormant stock and also life stock, and assist in replenishment.
• Oversee financial/and P/L stock takes and print ALV reports after counting.

Inventory Clerk - PICK N PAY RETAILERS

(2009 - 2012)

• Counting of stock on PIDS and hand them back to the Inventory Manager to capture them to the system.
• Assisting during financial and P/L stock takes.

Data Capturer - PICK N PAY RETAILERS

(2005 - 2009)

• Capturing of invoices at the system after beam received by receiving manager
• Ensuring stock coeds and description correspond, quantities received should also be correct.
• Participate in financial stock take

Invoice Clerk - PICK N PAY RETAILERS

(2001 - 2005)

• Checking the stock at the invoice to be received by the receiving manager, ensuring the right stock is delivered in terms of quantities and correct items ordered.
• Partake during stock take (Financial)

Hygiene, housekeeping, interact with customers, and resolve customer issues and complaints regarding area of responsibility.
