Desktop support (providing 1st & 2nd level support). Log calls for Users on the USVD application and Provide day to day remote support. Configure SAP clients and reset passwords for users on SAP Configure Active Directory, reset user passwords/ unlock user accounts and add users on the right groups.
Log tickets (Requests/Incidents) and send them to the right groups for approval. Install Microsoft Office 0365 and configure Outlook, update applications on user’s machine. Run commands to update the system.
Ensure that all customers queries are resolved with in SLA. Escalate unresolved logged client queries and ensure they are customer satisfaction
