My Duties involved providing high-level support for executive channels, managing escalations with a focus on stores across regions, targeting channels as per the Business plan, generating various reports, offering administrative support, assisting customers, conducting application quality checks, overseeing order processing and activation, expediting and following through on orders, creating action items and fulfilling customer orders, ensuring quality assurance for call center agents, compiling minutes on calibration, and retrieving important call recordings when necessary.
