Mpho Jenny

I am a Mechanical engineering graduate looking for entry level employment in the industry. I would appreciate an opportunity to develop my knowledge and gain industry experience.

My name is Mpho Jenny Tau. I have completed the Bachelor of Engineering Technology in Mechanical Engineering and I will be graduating in April 2023. I graduated in 2020 with a National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

I did my experiential training at the Product Development Technology Station (PDTS), and I also did a six-month internship at PDTS before going back to school full time to further my studies. I am a diligent and enthusiastic individual. I enjoy learning new skills, I am inquisitive, and I like doing research to further understand whatever task I have been entrusted with.

During my experiential training I was entrusted with operating and maintaining a wire cutter. I also managed to complete an FDM 3D printing project in 2 months, this earned me the FDM 3D printing internship as a Project Assistant. During my internship I worked on several projects, doing research, design, and manufacturing.
