As a Tourism Management student of Tshwane University of Technology, I have solid knowledge of customer services, project development, marketing, computer literate, bookings or reservations as practical experience in these areas. During my in service training at Melrose house museum and Groenkloof nature reserve I had successfully experience in how to handle customers and delivering quality service, and making reservations. I found out that my problem solving skills were enhanced by working as part of a team in my class and by considering other people ideas.
