My name is Mpho, currently employed as a Marketing Manager at PnS Group within the FMCG industry.

This will be my fourth year with the company and I feel like it’s time for a change. The job has slightly become monotonous and I’m looking for something that will challenge me.

I look after internal communications, promotions and activations, social media, uniform of over 8000 employees, ad hock promotional items. Ad hock events and two major annual events of over 150 Pax with a budget of 1.5M per event.

I work hand in hand with our graphic designer to help with conceptualization of any artwork that needs to be developed; for internal and all external requirements.

Im also in charge of a few various incentives programs for our employees. Creating of content and sharing it on our social media platforms.
