I am a certified Cisco Certified Network Associates (CCNA) which I completed in 2010 at Central Johannesburg College along with my IT Essentials Hardware and Software. I have also acquired a NQF Level 4 Technical Support Certificate in 2014. I am currently working at OR Tambo Airport under Ulwembu Business service as an IT Service Desk Agent Providing 1st to 3rd Line IT support remotely and in person, where by i assist users with their IT System issues and assist with airports facilities on daily basis.

My professional experience includes supporting end-end users, troubleshooting, hardware, software, Basic Server support (File and print, DNS, DHCP, shares and Permissions, Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange Creation (365) Application telephonically and Remote support,Liaising with other 3rd parties to reslove airports issues and provide information to ensure Satisfaction within the SLA.
