• Negotiate Price Holds & Lowered Costs.
• Ensure compliance to Standard Operating Procedures.
• Ensure Bakeries change recipes closer to each seasonal change and inform Head of Department timeously.
• Liaise with Finance Department to resolve all 3rd Party Suppliers discrepancies.
• Update and keep track of Approved Costing Document Price Master
