Im a qualified Boilermaker with over 15 years of experience. Worked at Welfit Oddy PTY (LTD) for 18 years in the maintenance where I was involved in plant maintenance then moved to production where I was fabricating Steam pipes , Airline pipes, Flange modification, Valve striping and modification, assembly of Asme flanges, modification of ladder jigs, dye penetrant testing, Syphone tube flange fitment and other general Boilermaking duties. Worked at Uitenhage Super Steel (contract) Beam fabrication, Bailey Bridges Fabrication, Structural Boilermaking for projects including Shoprite, Takealot, RovD, Isuzu, BMW etc.
Worked at National Oilwell Varco SA (contract) Worked in the fabrication department where I was dealing with the fabrication of Water Rotors for De Beers offshore diamond mining, modification fabrication of drilling equipment, telescopic joints for Saipem offshore drilling and engineering, I would also get involved in plant maintenance.
