I have over 10 years’ experience implementing IT solutions /Projects/Facilities and possess an up to date suite of technical skills. In my role as an ICT Systems Specialist Facilities Department for the Durban International Convention Centre, I have honed my ability to problem solve for a range of complex issues and achieve excellent outcomes .
In order to come up with a successful solution, I believe you first have to understand core business goals and strategies. I am able to communicate effectively to determine the needs of internal stakeholders and individual clients and possess the focus required to diagnose problems, foresee threats and accurately test solutions.
Working within a large company but taking responsibility for a diverse client portfolio has given me the opportunity to work both collaboratively and autonomously from understanding individual requirements to drafting specifications and overseeing company–wide development. My highly specialized technical experience in the IT Convention and Medical industry, I am able to provide solutions to international clients and I am equipped with strong written, verbal Technical and visual communication skills.
