Co-founder and Tutor at Orange Farm / Soweto (2018 – 2020-03)
My brother and I started a homework after school programme at Orange Farm in 2018 as the vision and mission was to focus in assisting with Mathematics and literacy for students in grade four to seven through finding fun but strategic ways that were suitable for each individuals need so they can reach their highest academic equivalency. Though due to COVID-19 it had to stop operating around March 2020 albeit I had taken the homework after school programme to other parts of Soweto as I have continued to assist academically to other organisations.
Volunteer at People's Dispensary for Sick Animals (PDSA) Hospital (2022 – 2023)
In 2022 I volunteered at the People's Dispensary for Sick Animals (PDSA) Hospital at Soweto for a year to learn about animals and assisted in any way I could.
Volunteer at Mofolo Community Health Centre (2023-06 – 2023-06)
I also volunteered at a campaign that was hosted on Mandela Day in 2023 by the therapists from the Mofolo Community Health Centre where I assisted in the soup kitchen.
Tutor and Volunteer at Diakonia Aids Ministry (DAM) (2024-05-14 – 2024-05-30)
I also enjoyed as I volunteered at the Diakonia Aids Ministry (DAM) from the 14th to the 30th of May 2024 as a tutor, tutoring grades from eight to twelve on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. I assist in everything that the facility does in any other program like OVC (Orphan and Vulnerable Children) were I assisted in giving food to the children, helping them learn how to read and playing games with them as some of them were living with HIV and AIDS, and I also helped cleaning around the facility. Furthermore, I did regular door-to-door home visits to recruit more children, and I was also involved in introducing debating skills to grade eight to eleven students.
