I always believes that my hands-on experience coupled with the growing knowledge that i gained during my studies and during field work prepared me to be able to make a solid contribution in any Social Impact Assessment ,Monitoring and Evaluation and Community development related field. My areas of expertise are in Monitoring and Evaluation, project management, stakeholder engagement, data capturing and analysis, research methodology, impact reporting, Community development ,and Social Return on Investment methodology (SROI),
Tsireledzo Euphemia Mulaudzi is an Aspiring Monitoring and Evaluation specialist and or a Social Impact Specialist holding her Bachelor of Arts in Development Studies from the University of Venda, she has more than three (3) years’ experience in Social Impact Auditing. She specialises in social impact studies, sustainability reporting, and organisational strategy review and development. Tsireledzo has completed social impact audits for clients in the mining, renewable energy, FMCG, and for community development trusts and foundations, across key development focus areas such as education, health, social welfare and enterprise development, and supplier development.
She has refined skills in Monitoring and Evaluation, research, stakeholder engagement, and impact reporting. She applies these skills to relevant international standards and frameworks to help organizations or companies report to institutional investor.
