Accounts Payable Admin - Bidvest Facilities Management

• Opening of new suppliers account and maintaining them.
• Matching invoices received from suppliers to purchase orders and process the receipt.
• Capturing and posting supplier invoices on Pastel accounting system.
• Processing credit notes on Pastel accounting system
• Receiving and verifying supplier's invoices and all relevant documents. e.g. PRs to process payments
• Validate and post invoices.
• Reconciling Age analysis with supplier statements in preparing for payments.
• Loading payments to the online banking system.
• Ensuring all monthly invoices are properly. authorized and prepare payment batches.
• Sending proof of payments to suppliers.
• Allocation of payments made and debit order. payments on the system against bank statements.
• Processing AP journals and monthly accruals.
• Clearing age analysis (making sure it doesn't have negative balances).
• Filling and Assisting with Ad hoc task required by management.
