I am a trained mental health professional who helps individuals, couples, or groups manage and overcome various emotional, psychological, and behavioral challenges. I use evidence-based techniques to support clients in developing coping strategies, improving emotional regulation, and achieving personal growth. I specialize in different areas, such as counseling, clinical psychology, social work, TIMFA marriage counseling, or mental health counseling.

I use approaches like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, humanistic therapy, and more to tailor my practice to individual client needs. My work involves active listening, empathy, and creating a safe, non-judgmental space for clients to express themselves. My ultimate goal is to empower clients to understand themselves better, build resilience, and improve their overall well-being.
