I am a departmental manager at Ducko Processing and i hold a bachelor's degree and Masters degree in Agribusiness Management / Agricultural Economics.
Currently working at Ducko Processing as a Departmental Manager of the Duck feather and down business. I am responsible for the retail business management. My key responsibility is to oversee the functioning and productivity of the department. My daily duties include planning, organising, staffing, leading and controlling. I am also providing customer services to our clients, I handle customer complaints, process orders, and enhance customer satisfaction throughout the buying process.
Previously I worked as an office admin at Ducko, processing sales orders, delivery notes and invoices on SAGE, maintaining customer database, tracking office supply inventory and approve office orders, Scheduling appointments and meetings for executives and upper level.
