I am a recent Chemical Engineering graduate from the University of Cape Town, proficient in process simulation (Aspen Plus, COCO) and numerical analysis (Scilab), with a strong passion for mining and mineral processing. I have developed a solid foundation in process design, thermodynamics, and chemical reaction engineering, with a particular focus on sustainable mining solutions. Fluent in Venda, Tsonga, and English, I am able to effectively communicate within diverse teams.
I have demonstrated leadership skills through my involvement in university governance roles and am eager to apply my technical expertise to the mining and chemical engineering industries.

VAC WORK at Anglo America MOTOTOLO concentrator (2022-06 – 2022-07)
I had the opportunity to participate in a field trip to Mototolo Mine, where I observed mining techniques such as crushing and flotation processes. I was also able to explore the process control room, gaining insight into the automation and monitoring systems used in industrial settings. As part of the trip, my team was tasked with conducting a mass balance exercise, which gave me practical experience in process analysis and optimization.
