Attending to breakdown to all workshops on site
Issuing of Permits to contracts
Managing All contractors coming on site and ensuring safety compliance is met.
Making sure preventative Maint schedule is up to date.
Delegation of tasks to Artisans and Handyman
Doing time sheet for Reportees
Responsible for Roll change on element line as per production demand and to specification required.
Doing maintenance on Slitting line equipment
Responsible for the repair on the Cranes on all workshop and Forklift repairs on site
Making sure the compressors and Generator are working and service on required intervals.
Making sure all employees are working safely and POWRA is filled before any job is done.
Responsible for Compiling of JSA and SOB
Attend to breakdown on Furnace in Melt shop
Arc Furnace, Ladle Furnace, Water plant, Fume Plan. Continuous Casting, Repairs to Overhead Cranes 180T, 10 ton Magnet crane, Mobile Grab maintenance
Fault Finding, PLC Allen Bradley, Omron
HT Switching 88KV – 33KV – 11KV, Switch gear.
Replacement of pumps, Cooling tower Maintenance
