- Conduct routine inspections, cleaning, tightening of connections, and basic calibration checks as required.
- Accurately complete maintenance checklists, job cards, and feedback reports, highlighting emerging risks and potential failures.
- Diagnose, isolate, and repair electrical faults on machinery and equipment, with or without electrical diagrams.
- Troubleshoot and replace/adjust electrical components including sensors, contactors, relays, VFDs, servo drives, motors, and controllers as directed.
- Assist with installation and commissioning of new electrical equipment and systems as directed by the Head Electrical.
- Perform alterations or remedial work to existing electrical systems (cable routing, connection changes, component replacement) according to instructions and drawings.
- Ensure all work is performed to required standards and neatly finished.
