My scope of work done:

• Ensure WIP reports done on a daily bases to avoid late claims and delinquent jobs.
• Control Debtors and Suspene reports for Warranty.

3.Create quotes on a daily base with turnaround time of 24 hours.

4.Once quotes has been accepted by customer, registration of EPP( New ) / XCU ( Old) machine claims get done immediately ( Quotes valid for 90 days

• Follow up on claims , to obtain prompt payment.
• Once technicians validate all jobs , send for closing with a turn around time of 3 days.

7.Ensure Cat KPI Report on a monthly base to inform regions of Financial Recovery.
