Commitment to a single organization has taught me many things, among which, is the appreciation for repetitive learning. Although seemingly tedious at first, the act of doing the same thing year after year has developed in me the motivation to improve with each passing year – crossing the line between working hard to impress my boss, to working hard to impress myself.
