I am Nare Teffo, I am a highly motivated individual with the drive to learn and improve my skillset in the IT environment. I have great work ethics, well disciplined, well Organised and loyal to my work. I understand the importance of time management, customer care and working as a team to meet the standards of the client.

I have strong desire to learn and enhance my abilities, knowledge and skills along with professional drive. I worked as a Support IT Technician for Solidhope Tech which is an internet service provider based in Pretoria cbd.I did an in-service training for 5 months and during that time ,I did a variety of tasks such as installing and configuring the internet, Maintained all telecoms associated equipment, i.e. Mikrotic, IP phones, PBX, Firewall, Switches, Routers, and Servers etc. I also worked in the Help Desk support department as a first line support where I assist clients telephonically and via Email with their connectivity issues.

I maintained the Ubiquiti Network Management System, CRM and made sure the schedule for the day is going according to plan. I logged, tracked and resolved requests and incidents according to Standard Operating Procedures and ensured all queries are resolved within the agreed Service Level Agreement
