Responsible for restaurant/wine bar and ensuring the shop operates properly. Responsible for ensuring quality food is available timelessly for the health care residents in frail care. I manage and train all staff working to handle residents with care and make sure they get the best treatment. I also manage stock weekly and report this to management via GAAP.
