● Conduct Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions to elicit and translate business requirements and devise effective solutions.
● Compile Business Requirement Documents, Functional Requirement Documents, and System Requirement Specifications.
● Design, re-engineer, and model efficient business processes and system flows using BPMN.
● Work with stakeholders and cross-functional team members to ensure the timely development of high-quality products.
● Providing updates on project progress and key findings.
● Identifying areas for process improvement and optimization.
● Creating test plans and test cases.
● Manage downstream and upstream impacts of product changes.
