Natasha Naidoo

Natasha is a knowledgeable, enthusiastic and hard-working individual with exceptional bid and proposal management knowledge. She has in excess of 15 years of experience in this field and can manage and coordinate all types of tender submissions including PPPs and large multi-disciplinary bids. Natasha is comfortable communicating with key stakeholders at all levels of management and applies an ethical, transparent and honest approach to these associations.

She has the drive and determination to consistently achieve success as a professional female in this challenging environment.

Natasha is responsible for assembling and managing bid teams with the relevant service, product and business knowledge required to prepare a winning bid, whilst taking ownership of the end-to-end bid process. Reporting to the Sales Director, Natasha ensures that all processes, procedures and bid schedules are compiled with in accordance with the Servest Group and departmental objectives.
